Max Burt - Founder & Trustee

After a serious car crash, Max, a key figure in the advertising world, found himself severely disabled. The motivation to found Diversability came when he realised that the label often applied to people in his new situation – the disabled – is a meaningless and arbitrary one.

Justine O'Brien - Founder & Trustee

Justine is a psychotherapist in private practice and Max's partner. She has empathy with Max's situation which also affects her life on a daily basis. She has been the driving force behind the creation of Diversability and the Everything is Possible in Life Cycle campaign.

Alex Morgan - Trustee

Alex is a professional film maker and editor, who has worked on a number of BAFTA and RTS winning education projects for the BBC. He is a director of Axworks Ltd, a video production company that creates campaigning and awareness raising films for charities and human rights organisations.

Peter Rossiter - Personal Assistant
